What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading or supporting a wide range of planning projects, from strategic planning to development management
- Preparing, submitting and managing planning applications and appeals
- Providing sound planning advice to clients, stakeholders and internal teams
- Leading stakeholder engagement, public consultation and negotiation with local authorities
- Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team
- Staying up to date with planning legislation and policy to ensure high-quality outputs

About You
- MRTPI qualified (or eligible)
- Significant experience in a planning consultancy, local authority or development environment
- Strong knowledge of Scottish planning policy and legislation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage projects and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines
- Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
