  • Co-produce and manage individual support plans.
  • Assist with staff recruitment processes and service referrals.
  • Lead shifts in the absence of the Service Manager, providing guidance and support to the team.
  • Mentor and supervise junior Support Workers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Actively participate in service improvement initiatives, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the team.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment for clients, promoting their well-being and independence.

RequirementsWe’re looking for you, if:

  • You possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a support worker role, ideally within homelessness, mental health, or addictions services.
  • You hold an SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • You demonstrate a passion for supporting individuals facing challenges, such as homelessness, mental health issues, or substance misuse.
  • You possess strong communication, interpersonal, and team working skills.
  • You are able to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • You are available to start immediately.
  • Advantageous: Experience in a senior support worker capacity.
