Virgin Hotels Edinburgh is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to lead Eve, our vibrant Italian restaurant, working alongside the Head Chef to deliver authentic Italian cuisine and guest-focused dining experiences.

You will manage day-to-day kitchen operations, mentor a high-performing team, control costs and maintain the highest standards of food safety and presentation across outlets and events.
