Job Description

  • Own significant parts of Odin’s full-stack private investment infrastructure product
  • Build and ship customer-facing features for a regulated platform moving money across multiple jurisdictions
  • Make architectural decisions about systems and code, including LLM-generated code
  • Establish engineering quality standards through implementation and code review
  • Rethink and improve engineering workflows around AI
  • Participate in system design interviews and a paid trial day during the hiring process
  • Work either in London on a hybrid basis or remotely elsewhere in Europe with quarterly trips to London

Requirements

  • Experience building and running non-trivial production systems
  • Strong architectural judgement
  • Ability to own system structure, patterns and technical decisions
  • Experience or demonstrated practice using AI to change software development workflows
  • Go is the company stack; ability to learn Go quickly if not already experienced
  • Ability to give and receive direct feedback
  • Good judgement about prioritization and engineering quality
  • Interest in finance, compliance and multiple jurisdictions
