Senior Social Worker, Women’s Justice & Trauma-Informed

City of Edinburgh Council’s Willow Service in Edinburgh is seeking a Women’s Justice Senior Social Worker on a fixed-term basis to deliver trauma-informed, gender-specific social work for women aged 18 and over under statutory orders or voluntary support.

The post requires leadership of a multidisciplinary team, professional supervision, and active participation in multi-agency planning, risk assessment, and safeguarding, with a commitment to respectful, flexible practice.
