Job Description

The Role

Senior Site Manager overseeing a CAT A Fit Out in Glasgow. This project is due to start on Monday 15th July 2024 with a total duration of 6 months (Days, Mon – Fri).

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications

For this role you must possess the following;

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in CAT A or B Fit out
  • Proven experience delivering projects over 4 million
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Card
  • 3 Day First Aid

Duties

  • Ensure project reporting is undertaken internally and externally in line with programme and company requirements
  • Chair and participate in project meetings as required both internally and externally
  • Build and maintain external relationships (e.g. clients, contractors/subcontracts)
  • Write reports and chair weekly progress meetings
  • Provide support and leadership in the creation of skills, well-being to contribute to a supportive team working environment
  • Manage the project delivery within a timely manner ensure the maximum outcomes for the client
  • Ensure quality is consistently high and pro-actively identify quality issues
