Senior Site Manager – Major New Build Projects

VanRath is recruiting a Site Manager to lead on large new build projects across London, Midlands, Edinburgh and Glasgow. Working for a leading Design & Build Contractor, you will report to the Project Manager and drive delivery on schedule, budget and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will be degree qualified, hold CSCS at management level, be proficient with AutoCAD, and able to develop programmes, manage subcontractors, and ensure quality and CDM compliance.
