Senior Site Manager – Highland Housing Projects

Job Description

Tulloch Homes (part of the Springfield Group) recruits an experienced Site Manager to join our busy Construction Team based in the Highland capital, Inverness. The role oversees day-to-day activity on housing developments, ensuring HSE standards are met and projects run to programme and budget.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, plan with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain a high standard of customer handover. SCQF 8 or equivalent, plus SMSTS/CSCS, are required.
