Search Consultancy is assisting a well-established Scottish contractor to recruit a Site Agent for a growing project team. The role leads day-to-day site operations across civil engineering and construction projects in Scotland, delivering safely, on time and to the required quality.

You will manage on-site teams, coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress and ensure adherence to programme and drawings, while maintaining safety, environmental and quality standards.
