Babcock is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for its Rosyth site to lead ship outfitting activities and drive safe, compliant delivery. You will oversee electrical, mechanical, piping and construction outfitting, while building high-performing teams and managing budgets and risks.

The role offers significant scope within a national defence programme, with day-to-day leadership of managers and supervisors to achieve programme milestones and continuous improvement.
