Job Description

ServiceNow Senior Developer Edinburgh (Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite)

Contract: 612 Months

We’re seeking an experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer to join a major enterprise transformation programme. You’ll play a key role in developing, enhancing and supporting ServiceNow solutions across multiple business-critical modules.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
  • ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications
  • Strong JavaScript, AngularJS and ServiceNow scripting expertise
  • Experience across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, BCM, S2P, IRM and TRPM
  • Strong understanding of CMDB, CSDM, CI relationships and data quality controls
  • Flow Designer, Workflows and Service Catalog development
  • REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server and data imports
  • Troubleshooting performance issues, ACLs and platform customisations
  • Experience supporting upgrades, patches and regression testing

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and enhance ServiceNow platform capabilities
  • Provide L2/L3 support and resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop scripts, workflows, integrations and catalog solutions
  • Support platform governance, compliance and security requirements
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants and business stakeholders
  • Maintain technical documentation and best-practice standards
