Senior Service Desk Lead – Remote FM & Maintenance

Job Description

Smile Digital is seeking a Senior Service Desk Coordinator in a remote role with monthly visits to Edinburgh. You will coordinate planned and reactive maintenance across multiple client contracts, managing engineers, SLAs and ensuring timely progress within KPI targets.

Ideal candidates will have FM, Hard FM or M&E maintenance experience and be comfortable working in a busy service desk environment, with opportunities for progression into supervision or team leadership.
