Spark of Genius is seeking a Senior Support Worker to help shape futures for young people in Easter Hayston, near Kirkintilloch. You will supervise a team of Support Workers and ensure each child receives compassionate, tailored care while maintaining daily updates with the home management team.

Role requires a driving licence, 12 months in children’s residential care, SVQ 4 eligibility, and strong communication skills.
