Nicholas Associates Group is looking for a motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor based in Dunfermline, Scotland. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial management skills across construction and engineering projects, focusing on valuations, variations, and risk management.

This role involves both office-based commercial duties and regular site visits. The successful candidate will maintain client relationships, support project delivery, and ensure commercial objectives are achieved while managing the full day-to-day commercial function.
