- Technical Quantity Surveying qualifications
- Highly experienced in Surveying within the construction or civil engineering sector.
- Experience in interpreting contracts/contractual terms, including JCT, NEC, ICC.
- Member of a recognised professional institution (i.e. RICS, CIOB, CICES)
- UK full driving licence
