Senior Project Manager – Civil Infrastructure Lead (Highlands)

Randstad CPE seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead civil infrastructure packages and access roads within a major Scottish Highlands project. You will oversee procurement, design coordination with external partners, and direct reports across safety, engineering, and quality domains.

The role requires a strong track record in heavy civil works, NEC/FIDIC familiarity, and a focus on zero-defect delivery. Excellent leadership and SSHEQ governance are essential.
