Graham Group’s Building Division in Livingston is seeking a Pre-Construction Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial work from concept through tendering and contract award. You will oversee cost planning and budgets, procurement, and contractor selection, with site visits and mentoring for junior staff.

A background of 10-15 years in post-qualification QS work on large public and private projects is essential.
