Senior PM: Refurbishment & Fit-Out in Live Buildings

Job Description

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Project Manager for refurbishment and building services projects across national government frameworks. You will oversee multiple live projects up to £5m, coordinating design, procurement and construction in occupied spaces while maintaining safety and quality.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in refurbishment/building services, strong RIBA knowledge, and proven leadership of cross-disciplinary teams. UK travel required; hybrid working options may apply.
