Senior Physiotherapist: Community Rehab & Discharge Lead

Job Description

NHS National Services Scotland is seeking a Band 6 Senior Physiotherapist for a full-time community post in West Lothian. The role supports the Discharge to Assess/Intermediate Care Team with a focus on comprehensive assessment and early supported discharge from hospital to home.

The post is 36 hours per week, based in the community, working as part of a forward-thinking partnership committed to safe, compassionate patient care and integrated services across West Lothian.
