A regional healthcare provider in Scotland is seeking a Senior Pharmacist for Care of the Elderly to enhance pharmaceutical care within a collaborative clinical team. The role involves leading new services and ensuring medication governance in frailty care settings. Candidates must have a Master of Pharmacy, registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council, and an independent prescribing qualification. This is a fixed-term post for 18 months, based at University Hospital Ayr.
