About the Role

As a Senior Pensions Administrator, you will:
– Adhere to best practice procedures in all aspects of pensions administration.
– Develop trusting and credible partnerships with clients.
– Oversee the management of monthly and annual processes.
– Monitor accuracy, performance, and SLAs for the team.
– Handle complex pensions queries and perform manual benefits calculations.
– Mentor and support junior team members.
– Participate in client meetings and manage ad hoc projects.

Your Profile:
– Previous experience in Defined Benefit (DB) pension administration.
– Knowledge of current pensions legislation and framework.
– Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
– Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work.
