Senior Paleoceanography Lab Technician – Ocean Climate Research

Job Description

Heriot-Watt University Malaysia is seeking a Senior Laboratory Technician to support a UKRI funded project on ocean oxygenation. The role requires a degree in environmental or earth sciences, analytical skills, and laboratory experience.

This position is available for 5 months full-time (1FTE) or 6 months at 0.8 FTE, with responsibilities including sample preparation and conducting geochemical analyses in the laboratory.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude towards research objectives.
