Single Homeless Project have a new opportunity for a Senior Outreach Worker to join our team. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £31,101.42 and rising incrementally to £34,059.72 per annum.

About you:
- Experienced in working with people who are rough sleeping or at risk of street homelessness.
- Confident leading shifts and mentoring others.
- Knowledgeable about homelessness pathways, safeguarding, and systemic challenges.
- Skilled in partnership working, ideally with statutory and voluntary sector agencies.
- Calm under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about social justice and committed to SHP s values of hope, inclusion, and transformation.
Our attractive benefits package includes:
- A salary increase after successfully completing six month’s probationary period
- A 37.5 hour working week including flexible working hours (core hours are 10am 4pm) in non-accommodation services
- 25 days annual leave, increasing annually to the maximum 30 days (plus paid Bank Holidays),
