Scout Adventures Scotland is seeking a Senior Instructor at Fordell Firs, Dunfermline, to lead outdoor activity sessions and deliver high-quality customer experiences. You’ll inspire young people, model strong work ethic, and work as part of a dynamic team at a fast-moving activity centre.

The role requires flexibility across 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, with on-call duties and a strong commitment to safeguarding and customer service.
