Job Description

Harvey Nash Group is seeking a Senior Operational Communications Engineer for a 6-month contract in Glasgow, working hybrid across 2-3 days per week. The role focuses on leading, maintaining, and developing operational communications systems in line with ITIL practices.

The candidate will oversee incidents, changes, problems, and capacity management, providing technical leadership and mentoring to engineers, with line management duties and involvement in DR/BC, procurement, and documentation.
