Raytheon UK is seeking an experienced Senior NPI Engineering Manager to bridge R&D and manufacturing for high impact electronic products. You will lead a cross functional team through design, development, and handover to production, ensuring robust and cost effective solutions.

The role requires expertise in NPI processes, DFx, PFMEA, and MRLS, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with suppliers and stakeholders across the business. UK work location includes Glenrothes or Livingston.
