Senior Mechanical Design Lead – Oilfield Subsurface

Job Description

Baker Hughes is seeking a Lead Design Engineer to lead design activities for oilfield subsurface components, systems, and controls. You will coordinate design teams, establish drafting processes, and develop standards and templates for drawings and BOMs.

You will ensure designs meet company standards, perform tolerance analyses, and align with HSE requirements. The role involves developing 3D models, working with ASME Y14.5 standards, and driving continuous improvement.
