Senior Management Accountant / Finance Manager (12 month contract)

Your new role

As Senior Management Accountant, you will take ownership of core financial reporting while supporting wider business performance. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will lead a small team and play a key role in ensuring high quality financial information is delivered across the organisation. This is a varied role combining technical accounting, team leadership and stakeholder engagement, with exposure to process improvement and ongoing change initiatives.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong technical skills and experience operating in a fast paced environment.
• Previous experience in a management accounting or similar role.
• Team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with non finance stakeholders.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.
