Lusona Consultancy is delighted to be partnering with a high-growth technology business to recruit a Senior Management Accountant on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
With a turnover of £40 million and significant growth over the past 23 years, this organisation offers an exciting and fast-paced environment. This role has arisen to cover maternity leave, with potential longer-term opportunities available for the right candidate.
Your New Role
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will play a key role within a dynamic finance function, managing a team of four and supporting ongoing business growth.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the management accounting process across five legal entities
- Preparing and delivering board reporting packs with insightful commentary
- Supporting year-end processes, including audit and IFRS reporting requirements
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Business partnering with key stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
- Providing leadership, guidance, and development to a team of four finance staff
This is a commercially focused role offering exposure to a variety of projects as the business continues to grow and diversify.
What Youll Need to Succeed
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or CA)
- Strong management accounting and technical reporting experience (IFRS)
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team
- Experience in audit support and year-end processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
