Senior Legal Counsel, Tech & AI Contracts

Job Description

Pernod Ricard España SA is seeking a qualified solicitor to join the legal team based at Chivas Brothers. You will draft, review and negotiate technology and commercial contracts, including SaaS, cloud, software licensing, and IT services, while supporting procurement activities and supplier negotiations.

You will work with Global Operations & Procurement Legal, across international stakeholders, advising on data protection, cybersecurity and AI matters.
