Senior Lead Driver (Hiab & Site Supervisor)

Job Description

TPA Portable Roadways is a leading European provider of temporary access solutions. We seek a Lead Driver Operative to co-ordinate and supervise Portable Roadway Operatives, install and recover equipment, and support on-site training.

The role involves driving 44t fleet with lorry loaders, managing safety and RAMS, and delivering excellent customer service. You will liaise with customers, train colleagues, and ensure compliance with drivers’ hours, tachographs and CPC rules.
