Senior Lawyer – Complex Lending & Finance

Job Description

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Senior Lawyer to support the Debt Products Legal function within Corporate & Institutional Banking. This role focuses on complex lending transactions across Leveraged Finance, Infrastructure & Project Finance, Funds Finance and Investment Grade Lending.

You’ll provide pragmatic legal advice, manage risk with stakeholders across CIB, Risk, Product and Legal & Secretariat, and help develop DPL capabilities.
