A global Law Firm is looking for a Senior IT Problem and Major Incident Manager to manage the problem lifecycle and lead major incidents. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in Problem Management and 7 years in Major Incident Management, along with essential ITIL certifications. Strong analytical and communication skills are required, as well as experience with ServiceNow. This is a full-time position offering a salary of up to £85,000 per annum, based in Glasgow or London.
