OCU Group is seeking an experienced M&E Construction Manager to lead HV infrastructure projects across Scotland, including substations up to 400kV and BESS installations. You will manage site teams, coordinate with DNOs/IDNOs and OEMs, and drive safety, quality and on-time delivery from installation through handover.
