A hospitality growth company in Scotland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of new restaurant, bar, and hotel venues. You will manage projects from feasibility through to handover, ensuring they meet budget and regulatory standards. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of project management experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes.
