- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar senior kitchen role within a hospitality or contract catering setting.
- Strong knowledge of food production, menu planning, and food safety standards (including HACCP).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, capable of supervising and motivating staff.
- Ability to work effectively Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
- Proficient in stock control, cost management, and ordering processes.
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to handle client and team interactions professionally.
- Understanding of environmental and health & safety regulations relevant to food services.
- Uniform standards maintained in line with company policies, including safety shoes and proper attire.
