As a Senior Home Care Worker, you will visit clients in their own homes across Wishaw and Motherwell, ensuring they maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. This role involves supporting clients with personal care, medication management, meal prep, and daily companionship. You will also provide mentorship to junior care staff and assist the field management team.
