Senior Health & Wellbeing Support Worker – Lead Care

Job Description

Salus Care is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead person-centred care for residents at Moorland. You will follow individual care plans to support health, physical, emotional, psychological and social wellbeing, under the nursing team.

The role involves supervising staff, coordinating shifts, and promoting dignity and independence. Essential requirements include Level 3 Health & Social Care, Social Care Wales registration (or willingness to register within 6 months), and prior Senior Support
