Job Description
We are looking for a caring, reliable and motivated individual to join our Care at Home team as a Senior Health & Social Care Support Worker (Band 3).
The successful candidate will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals living in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity and wellbeing. Duties will include personal care, medication support, meal preparation, mobility assistance and emotional support.
The role involves working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team within the local community. Applicants should have previous care experience and hold, or be willing to work towards, an SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this post.
