Job Description

Clyde Valley Group is seeking a Senior Governance and Corporate Services Officer to join our Corporate Services Team in Motherwell with hybrid working. The role focuses on governance, compliance, and corporate support, reporting to the Finance and Corporate Services Director.

You will be the central contact for governance across the Group, supporting the Board and Committees and leading key governance processes.
