Senior Footwear Designer – Hybrid, Consumer-Driven Impact

Job Description

Dr. Martens is seeking a Senior Designer to drive consumer-centric footwear design across global markets. You will lead seasonal collections, translate trends into concepts, and communicate design intent through CADs and boards.

You will partner with Colour & Materials and Product Development, balancing creativity with feasibility and sustainability while maintaining brand DNA. This role reports to the Head of Design – Footwear and supports a hybrid working model.
