Senior FM Contract Manager – Healthcare (Hybrid/Remote)

Job Description

Boden Group is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee Hard FM services on a healthcare-focused PFI contract. You will drive performance, manage a multidisciplinary team and own budgeting, with strong focus on compliance and stakeholder relationships.

The role involves approximately two days on site per week with flexible/remote work options and potential for travel to support the contract. A healthcare/FM background and solid budgeting experience are essential.
