DNV’s Investment & M&A Advisory team is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager / Principal Consultant to lead and deliver technical due diligence across energy sector transactions.

You will work with investors, lenders and energy companies, guiding assets evaluation, identifying risks and opportunities, and presenting findings to senior stakeholders. The role combines technical insight with commercial sense and offers hybrid UK work arrangements.
