Busy Bees is seeking a Senior Nursery Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms, ensuring consistent educational strategies and strong leadership across the centre. You will mentor Room Leaders, coordinate learning activities, and safeguard the wellbeing of all children.

Ideal candidates will have Level 3 (or higher) in early years and proven supervisory experience, with excellent communication and team-building skills to foster an inclusive environment and strong parental partnerships.
