Senior Deputy Manager – Care Home Leadership & Quality

Job Description

St Philip’s Care is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead and support the Care Home team across our Scotland sites. You will work closely with the Care Home Manager to drive excellent resident care and service delivery.

You will assess residents’ needs, develop the service to enhance quality of life, and communicate professionally with visitors, families and external stakeholders.

NVQ or QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards, with strong leadership, time management and integrity.
