We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead a business-critical trading platform programme for a key client in the energy sector. You ll guide the project from discovery through delivery, working hands-on with cross-functional teams and senior trading stakeholders.

- Leading multi-team delivery of a complex energy trading platform
- Defining project scope and aligning delivery with business goals
- Embedding Agile/Lean practices to optimise performance and outcomes
- Partnering with senior energy trading stakeholders to drive value
- Driving delivery innovation with effective tools, frameworks, and metrics
We’re keen to speak to you if you have:
- Strong delivery leadership within energy, trading, or tech-heavy environments
- Proven experience with complex, multi-disciplinary programmes
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset with deep stakeholder expertise
- Understanding of energy markets, regulations, and trading technologies
