Senior Construction Manager – High-Volume Homes

Job Description

Bellway plc is recruiting a Construction Manager in Hamilton to lead the site construction team, ensure safe and timely delivery of high-quality homes, and manage costs on development projects.

You will supervise Site Managers, plan programmes, monitor progress, and liaise with NHBC and subcontractors to maintain standards and compliance. A CSCS card and SMSTS are required, with an HND in Construction or Level 7 NVQ desirable.
