Senior Community Nursing Lead (Band 7) – Uist

Job Description

NHS Western Isles invites applications for a Senior Charge Nurse in the Uist Community Nursing Team. The post is Band 7 (£52,845-£61,466 per annum) plus Distant Islands Allowance (£1,461) per year, 36 hours per week, permanent with relocation support and secondment options.

The successful candidate will provide clinical and professional leadership, and oversee a team delivering care to patients at home, in care homes and CTAC centres.
