Senior Community LD Nurse – MDT Lead (Flexible Hours)

Job Description

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) is seeking a Band 6 Community Nurse to join the Learning Disability Services team in Glasgow. You will work within a MultiDisciplinary Team to provide expert assessment, diagnoses, and evidence-based care.

You must have a live NMC UK pin, 2 years post-registration experience, and strong leadership and governance skills. Car driver preferred; full-time 36 hours; flexible working options available where service allows.
