A national health service provider seeks motivated individuals for a community care role based at Cowal Community Hospital in Dunoon. The post involves providing holistic assessment, care planning, and support in patients’ homes. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential to deliver high-quality care. This fixed-term position requires flexibility and teamwork as part of a multidisciplinary team, working 9am-5pm, five days a week on a rota basis.
